When can you ask for a refund?
We are professional and firmly believe in honesty and transparency. We do not make promises that we know we cannot keep. It is for this reason that we have drafted this clear cancellation and refund policy. We will only consider your refund request if you raise a formal request through our customer support team. There are only three cases when we refund 100% of the money paid:
- Duplicate transactions
We are ethical in our dealings and never charge our clients twice. However, if you have been charged twice for the same order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will check and refund the extra charge immediately. This situation is rare and can only happen if your bank system or PayPal has a problem.
- Duplicate orders
In case you have accidentally placed the same order twice, it is your responsibility to inform us in time. If you fail to tell us about the other order that is not needed, we will proceed to process them as two different orders. In this case, we will also refund 100% of the amount you paid for the extra order.
- Your homework was not assigned to an expert
We have hired several C++ programming experts to assist students with their homework. It is very rare to contact us for help and your homework fails to be allotted to a professional. However, if this happens, we will notify you immediately and refund your money.
Partial or no refund
After you have confirmed you order, the amount you can be refunded varies between 50% to no refund:
- You cancelled your order after an expert was already assigned your task
In this case, the refund amount will depend on the time you cancelled your order and the work our expert has done on your work. If the work is already done and you cancel the order, we will not issue any refund. If the work has been partially done, the amount refunded varies from 75% to 50%. We have to cover the effort of the expert and company in trying to provide you with the service that you requested for.
- Late deliveries
In cases of emergencies, we often request the student for more time to complete the work. This can only happen if the expert is ill or has technical problems. If the submission date has already passed, the student might not need the solutions again. The amount refunded in such cases will be discussed with the student. However, there are delays that happen because the student failed to upload the materials and instructions for the work on time. We are not responsible for late deliveries that happen in such situations. As a result, no refund will be made. We urge you to upload everything related to the task, including additional materials while placing your order.
You are not entitled for a refund in the following cases
- The work was completed as requested by the client and delivered on time
- Proofreading and editing orders
- The work was revised and customized as per your instructions
- Thirty days has passed since you received the service
Service received is not as described
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work you have received and would like a refund, we will take immediate measures to rectify our mistakes. We have free unlimited revision policy that covers all solutions that do not meet your quality threshold. If after multiple revisions you are still not satisfied with the work, we will be obliged to take your refund request into consideration. We will conduct an investigation and make a refund based on our findings. You will also need to convince us beyond any reasonable doubt that the paper you have received is not quality. You do not have to worry that the investigation may be partial and not favor you. We are professionals and value our clients. We promise to treat you fairly and make sure that you achieve maximum satisfaction.
In cases of plagiarism, we will need a Turnitin report as evidence. We do not accept any other plagiarism reports other than this. The amount refunded for plagiarized content will also be discussed with the student.
When will you receive your refund?
All refunds that conform to the above clauses will be processed within 1-7 business days after confirmation. Please not that we are not responsible for your bank transfer fees, possible delays that may occur because your bank service has issues or any transfer anomalies.
Our cancellation and refund policy is subject to change. We try to notify our clients if any change has been effected. However, to be on the safe side, we encourage you to go through this policy every time you want to order your solutions from us.
